Transit Maintenance Overhead Steel Roll Up Doors

Doors requiring replacement are - Bay 12 North and South side doors, bay 13 North side door, and bay 14 North and South side doors. Approximate door size is 14' x 14' but vendor is responsible for measuring doors to ensure proper size. Specification: 1. Flat steel slat of minimum 22 gage steel powder coated white, insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation material meeting minimum of 7.2 R-Value. 2. Minimum wind load design should be 20 PFS. 3. All new replacement track, controls, operating hardware, supports, seals, exterior hood/ weather baffle and motors. 4. Operation is to be electric with chain hoist back up in case of power loss. 5. Motors are to be minimum 1 HP 460 V - 3phase 6. Doors to have 2 galvanized steel angles minimum thickness 1/8 inch bolted back to back with tubular compression weather seal at bottom.
