Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation System Repair Services

Scope of Work: 1. Annual inspections of backflow preventers in landscape areas throughout the park system and city rights-of-way (ROW). This includes repair/replacement of defective backflow preventers and installation of new backflow preventers. Inspection reports will be provided for each unit inspected/serviced. 2. Replacement/repair of irrigation system components located throughout the park system and city facilities. Work shall include replacing sprinkler heads, repairing damaged water lines, repair/replacing controllers, and repair/replacing valves and electric feeds. 3. Periodic inspection of irrigation systems shall be conducted on an as needed basis. This shall include testing all controllers, examining all sprinkler heads and soaker hose areas for damaged or malfunctioning equipment, flagging defective areas, and providing cost estimates for repairs.
