Description

The Project consists of the partial HVAC upgrades including replacement of the pumping airside and controls, air handlers, VAVs, Fan Coil Units, Exhaust Fans and Duct Heaters. The Chiller Pumps will remain and undergo preventive maintenance on the impellers. The two existing chillers that were replaced in 2012 will remain. In addition the fire alarm system will be replaced and the improvements to the existing stage lighting.
