Description

The work to be performed shall consist of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to install an adhered thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing system and composite polyisocyanurate board insulation on newly constructed or reconstructed roof decks at the Mountain Lakes Municipal Building, approximately 10,800 square feet. The roof installation shall be commenced between September 1, 2021 and November 1, 2021, at any date in said timeframe as selected by the Borough.
