2023 Asphalt Parking Lot and Bike Path Replacement Projects

All Official notifications or questions about this RFP shall be made in writing using the Village's website https://bids.lith.org/ Questions must be submitted by January 2, 2023. Replies to questions will be posted to the website for all registered plan holders to review. The Village of Lake in the Hills has issued this Request for Proposal for the 2023 Asphalt Parking Lot and Bike Path Replacement Projects Contract. Location One: Crystal Lake Road Parking Lot Scope of Work The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, machinery, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the existing portion of the asphalt parking lot approximately 11,000 total square feet within the specified time frame and in a professional manner within the Village of Lake in the Hills. The Village of Lake in the Hills will in no way be responsible for any extra equipment rental or charges for such equipment rented by contractor that might be required to complete this contract. The parking lot is located at 1216 Crystal Lake Road, in Lake in the Hills, Illinois (map attached) Location Two: Miller Road Bike Path Scope of Work The Village of Lake in the Hills("Village") is seeking the services of a Contractor to furnish all labor, machinery, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to resurface sections of bike path via asphalt overlay within the specified time frame and in a professional manner. The total length for the sections of bike path are approximately 3,600 linear feet and 8 feet wide. The Village will in no way be responsible for any extra equipment rental or charges for such equipment rented by contractor that might be required to complete this contract, as contract pricing is not-to-exceed. The bike path sections are all located on the south side of Miller Road and start at approximately 9103 Miller Road, in Lake in the Hills, Illinois
