Fort Plain CSD Harry Hoag Elementary School - Generator Replacement

The Contracts Are as Follows: 1. GC-1: General Construction Contractor 2. PC-1: Plumbing Contractor 3. EC-1: Electrical Contractor. The Work includes the replacement of the existing emergency generator at the elementary school, and any associated electrical, plumbing and general contracting work required to replace the existing emergency generator, increase the capacity of the system and provide a fully functioning and warrantied back-up generation system. General Construction Work includes the expansion of the existing generator pad, the modification of the chain link fencing to accommodate the larger generator, the addition of bollards, trenching and asphalt patching to burry and encase electrical conduit, roof penetrations to accommodate gas and electrical infrastructure, masonry infill at removal of existing electrical conduit and the replacement of the electrical room doors. The Plumbing Construction Work includes, the disconnect and removal of the existing gas piping infrastructure to the existing generator and the installation and connection of the new gas piping infrastructure to the new generator. The Electrical Construction Work includes the disconnect and removal of the existing generator and associated electrical infrastructure and equipment, the installation and connection of the new generator and associated electrical infrastructure and equipment.
