The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Chattahoochee Technical College (Owner) for the re-roofing of the Buildings A & B at the Austell Campus, in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. Chattahoochee Technical College is located at 1578 Veteran's Memorial Highway Austell, GA 30168. All questions regarding the bidding documents, the bidding process, substitution requests, and Team Georgia Marketplace (TGM) must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer listed below in order to be accepted. Only written responses will be binding. From the date that this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is issued until a bidder is selected and the selection is announced, there shall be no communication for any reason, except during the Prebid conference, between a bidder and any state employee other than the contracting officer regarding this ITB. TCSG and the College reserves the right to reject any bid for violation of this provision. The deadline for submitting Requests for Interpretations will be May 13, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. The last addendum will be posted on May 20, 2022 by 5:00 p.m.
