| Description | The contractor shall provide labor standards, Davis-Bacon, materials and supervision for the air conditioning installation and necessary electrical work at Tucker Heights. Installation o f new units includes condenser, weatherproof electrical disconnects, insulation, refrigerant, copper tubing, air handlers, and condensate drains. Installation o f condenser units and air handlers should be free o f obstacles to ensure access for routine maintenance and/or repair. All surrounding walls o r structural surfaces affected by the installation w ill be restored to match the surrounding finish. A line set cover will be installed covering the copper and drain lines running from the interior to the exterior. |
