Description

Services shall include: Removal of existing dust collection unit and installation of new dust Collection Unit; proper preparation of wastes for shipment (including marking and labeling of wastes, provision of lab pack containers, if needed; handling and loading wastes onto shipment vehicle and transport to their designated facility; preparation of waste stream profiles, manifests, Land Disposal Restriction documents, Bills of Lading, and all other documentation required for proper DOT shipment of wastes; provision of all documentation that will allow transparent tracking of the waste to its final disposition; proper recycling or disposal of every regulated and non-hazardous industrial waste generated on Joint Base Andrews; timely provision of appropriate signed copies of manifests; and timely provision of annual summaries of waste transactions with all date needed by the government to complete regulatory biennial reports.
