Below are narrative specifications. Additionally, is a railing drawing from a 2016 project at our 422 North Cass Avenue, Westmont location. Suppliers are encouraged to visit the 422 North Cass Avenue, Westmont location to view the railings to be duplicated at the 1111 East Jackson, Lombard location. A site visit can be arranged by contacting our Facility Supervisor, Bill Lindholm at (630)221-7142. Suppliers should provide a detail quote for the railings being bid. All material, fabrication and installation must adhere to the Lombard building code. The supplier will be responsible to acquire and pay for any required permits. The supplier is also responsible for the scheduling, inspections and building code requirements per the Lombard city regulations.
