Y--Virgin River CG Restroom Renovations Construction

The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for renovation and selective demolition to include removal of existing skylight lenses, mirrors, countertops, plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, piping as required, toilet partitions, restroom accessories, ceramic tile flooring, drinking fountains, light fixtures, doors and hardware and portions of existing wall to extents shown on construction documents. The existing construction to remain as indicated on the construction documents is to be protected in place. Provision and installation of new walls as shown on the construction documents, new doors and hardware, new skylight lenses, new porcelain tile, new epoxy flooring, new toilet partitions and urinal screens, new mirrors, new lighting fixtures, new restroom accessories, new plumbing fixtures including new drinking fountains per the construction documents and expansion of an the existing campground restrooms.
