| Description | U.S. Army Garrison Alaska, Fort Wainwright, Alaska (FWA), and Fort Greely (FGA), as well as Eielson AFB (EAFB) The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items. The work under this service contract includes all passenger elevators, freight elevators, chair lifts, inclined platform lifts, and vertical platforms lifts located in FWA, FGA and EAFB. The Contractor shall perform periodic inspections, testing, preventative maintenance, adjustments, and repairs of elevators, lifts and platforms to ensure continuous, safe and reliable operation of the systems. The Contractor shall provide detailed cost estimates of required repairs, inspection and testing reports, and certificates of inspection to the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). |
