Roof Top Air Handler Replacements at Cohassset MS/HS And Deer Hill Elementary School

**As of June 30, 2023, project received no bids. No definite date for the rebid.** MS/HS and Deer Hill School Roof top air handlers. The Work consists of Replacement of Roof Top Air Handlers at the Cohasset MS/HS and Deer Hill Elementary School and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner or its Architect/Engineer, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing via email (read receipt) addressed to Mleary@cohassetma.org , and to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
