Industrial Tank: The structure is a 100,000 gallon double ellipse elevated water storage tank with a low-water level of 100 feet located at 425 Component St. in Edgerton, Ohio. Riveted Tank: The structure is a 100,000 gallon double ellipse elevated water storage tank with an estimated low-water level of 100 feet located at the corner of N. Oak St. and E. Indiana St. in Edgerton, Ohio. Scope of Work: Industrial Tank: (1) Install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch. (2) Replace the overflow pipe. (3) Replace vent with a frost-free roof vent. (4) Fix the roof/sidewall ladder in place. (5) Install a roof handrail with a painter’s rail. (6) Trim the bottom of the leg ladder and install a vandal guard. Riveted Tank: (1) Install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch. (2) Replace the overflow pipe. (3) Replace vent with a frost-free roof vent. (4) Fix the roof/sidewall ladder in place. (5) Install a roof handrail with a painter’s rail. (6) Trim the bottom of the leg ladder and relocate the existing vandal guard. (7) Weld steel plates over the vent pipe openings. (8) Weld an extension on the vandal guard.
