WSU Seating Replacement - Demolition and Slope Stabilization

J2231 OKland Construction has been selected by DFCM and WSU to building the WSU Seating Replacement Project. This projects overall scope will consist of removing the existing concrete seating risers, stabilizing the existing hill side slope, then constructing a new concrete riser system to facilitate new aluminum plank seating, signage, S/S railings, and track repair. We would like to start the project as soon as the WSU Football season ends, construction to be completed before September of 2023. This Bid Package #1 is for the following scopes of work on the Weber State University Seating Replacement Project. - Structural Demolition - Demolish the existing East Side Seating Structure. - Shoring - Shoring work to facilitate the construction of the new seating riser structure. - Slope stabilization - Stabilize existing slope using helical piers, micropiles, or other systems to accomplish the intent. - Bleachers - Design, Supply, and Install Aluminum plank bleachers Note that the balance of the project will bid in December of 2022.
