| Description | 1. Provide permit from local building department as required 2. Provide all equipment, material and labor needed to remove, dispose and replace metal roof. 3. Remove roof panels and metal trim, exposing framework. 4. Clear loose debris from framework, spray with Rustoleum Rust Inhibitor (or approve equal) to reduce corrosion at point of contact. 5. Install 26GA Mill Finished PBR metal roof system designed for open frame construction. 6. Roof panels and components are to be fastened using #12x1-1/4” ZAC SD3 long life screws and non-corrosive rivets. 7. Install inside foam closures at end of roof panels. 8. Existing gutters to remain intact. 9. Provide a two-year (2) Workmanship Warranty. 10. Provide a twenty-five (25) Manufacturer Warranty against defects. 11. Remove and dispose of all roof related debris from project site. 12. All Pedestrian areas to be protected, closed off using barriers, cones, and caution tape. |
