Contractor with all equipment needed and capability of loading and removing dewatered sediment off-site from the NuRF located at 16100 CR 48, Mt. Dora, FL 32757 to a property or municipality 1) Contractor has identified as willing to accept the material or 2) to Mid-Florida Materials Landfill at 3602 Golden Gem Rd., Plymouth, FL 32768 (Exhibit E), who has agreed to accept material. LCWA’s main focus at the NuRF is a “dry” containment area that has approximately six (6) acres of dewatered sediment currently piled as high as 12 ft but an average of four to five feet high
