| Description | This project includes controlled demolition, re-roofing and masonry sealant & repairs at the Historic Courthouse in, Montgomery County, Tennessee. The project generally consists of elements as follows: Selective controlled demolition of existing roofing & insulation on upper low sloped roof and porticos. Limited bird dropping mitigation to the extent necessary to permit the safe demolition of existing roofing & insulation under clock tower. Installation of adhered tapered isocyanurate insulation, high density isocyanurate cover board, & fleeceback edpm membrane on upper low slope roof and porticos. Cleaning of existing epdm lined internal gutter. Installation of fleeceback edpm membrane recover system at existing edpm lined internal gutter. Inspection & re-sealant of deteriorated ornamental sheet metal sealant joints. Application of fluid applied masonry sealer over existing vertical brick, stone & concrete surfaces. Inspection & re-sealant of deteriorated elastomeric sealant joints. Inspection & repointing of deteriorated mortar joints. Cleaning of windows at completion. |
