Construction of County Administration Building

Question Deadline 04/24/2023 at 2:30 PM All Questions Shall Be Submitted In Writing To The Procurement Office At Charlotte.DeStephano@calvertcountymd.gov. The project is to construct a new Calvert County Administration Building. The building is 4 stories tall and approximately 102,000 square feet. The Project shall include all the site work, utility work and all the work indicated in the Contract Drawings. Licensed Operators: Use operators that are licensed by power operated tool manufacturers to operate their tools and fasteners. The work shall be completed in a single phase. Work shall be substantially complete within the approved and agreed to time indicated on the Contractor's schedule submitted not to exceed five hundred fifty (550) calendar days after the date of written Notice to Proceed from Calvert County Government to the Contractor or as otherwise directed by Calvert County Government. Final Completion of all work shall be within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion Permit Drawings are provided The project isto construct a new Calvert County Administration Building. The building is 4 storiestall and approximately 102,000 square feet. The Project shall include all the site work, utility work and all the work indicated in the Contract Drawings.
