Description

Includes but is not limited to milling, asphalt leveling and paving a portion of an existing parking in conjunction with sidewalk and curb modifications for the purpose of creating a new ADA accessible parking area. Additional site improvements include parking lot re-restriping, installation of permanent bollards and accessible parking signage, new accessible concrete ramp with ADA compliant handrails, removal and replacement of damaged concrete sidewalk and concrete aprons, new and replacement ADA compliant curb ramps, concrete steps with handrails, and new paved walkways.
