Description

Replacement of existing exterior condensing unit and associated refrigerant piping. Removal and replacement of existing AHU coil. Testing and balancing. Associated electrical work. Associated plumbing and sprinkler rework. Startup, testing, and adjustment of the new system. All other work indicated on the drawings and in the project manual for this project. All work on this project will be awarded to one prime contractor. If any asbestos containing materials are uncovered during the performance of the Work under this contract, the resultant asbestos abatement work will be performed by a separate abatement contractor under the direction of the Owner's consultant.
