| Description | Replacement of approximately 136,000 SF of existing roofing for the “low” and “high” roofs and garage building. Three proposed alternates are identified in the attached backup for removal and replacement of rolled asphalt roofing. All roof replacement shall be TPO. The Bergen County Rooftop Unit Replacement project consists of the removal and replacement of 27 of the 32 rooftop units at 160 South River Street, Hackensack, NJ. Units 2, 4, 7, 10, and 25 are replaced under separate contract. The project consists of the replacement of existing units in coordination with existing jail services to ensure conditioning requirements are maintained. |
