Remove and Re-Install New Clarifier H-40

Removing and re-installing a new Clarifier H-40 in the Waste Water Treatment Plant. The removing and re-installation will take place at SPC Three Rivers located in Three Rivers, Texas. 1. Block up/brace existing clarifier internals. 2. Disconnect electrical conduit & wiring as needed to facilitate gear drive removal. 3. Remove existing bridge/service platform assembly. 4. Remove existing gear drive. We will remove existing grout. 5. Clean/replace all thread rods, nuts, washers as needed in center pier. 6. Install new H-40 gear drive. 7. Check elevations and adjust as needed. 8. Re-install bridge/service platform assembly. 9. Re-connect electrical conduit/wiring and test for proper operation and shutdown. 10. Perform necessary true plane procedures as required by the manufacturer. 11. Grout in gear drive after true plane completion. 12. Supply and top off/fill, primary, secondary, & tertiary reducer with proper lubricant. 13. Test run gear drive after installation and make any adjustments as needed. 14. Provide operator training upon completion of install. We will provide start up report
