Project is no longer needed.** Contract Approval: Recommendation to Board for Approval on May 22, 2023 Auditorium lighting and controls replacement, both house and theatrical The work of all contractors shall be coordinated, scheduled, and performed in such a manner as to insure maximum progress and efficiency in the total construction process. Contractors shall include all necessary labor costs, including necessary premium time to complete this project on schedule. Substantial Completion: December 15, 2023 Final Completion: December 29, 2023 The Work will have to be phased to accommodate the school schedule and activities. The Contractor shall adjust to the school schedule and requirements. All loud or disruptive work shall be done outside of the hours of the school day, as allowed by the School Include all allowances in the Form 96 base bid General Contingency Allowance - $15,000
