Vertical Pump for Glacier Run Exhibit

The Louisville Zoological Garden is seeking the procurement and delivery of a vertical mounted sump type pump. Pump will duplicate Fybroc Model 6000/5500 Hybrid, Size 2x3x8. The pump shall be vertically mounted sump type, with submerged casing (bottom suction) and flanged top discharge above the mounting plate. All pump components in contact with the fluid shall be of a corrosion resistant, non-metallic, thermoset construction utilizing continuous strand fiberglass reinforcement for optimal strength and corrosion resistance. Materials of construction will be VR-1 (vinyl ester resin).
