West Elementary School Demolition Asbestos Removal

An acceptable Bidders Bond payable to Worthington ISD #518, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid shall be submitted with each bid in accordance with the specifications. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the contractor and subcontractors to maintain policies of employment under provisions of applicable Federal and State laws against discrimination, including, but not limited to, Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and Minnesota Statute 363. The School Board of Worthington ISD #518 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities or any irregularities in bidding. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the opening without the written consent of the School Board.
