Description

This project consists of the landscape maintenance of building foundation beds, tree rings, shrub and ornamental beds, and demonstration gardens within the above two Preserves. Maintenance generally includes weed control, edging, pruning, line trimming, mulch, and spring/fall cleanups. The term of this Contract is from March 15, 2021 to November 25, 2021, (36 weeks). The terms of the Contract may be extended for two (2) additional one-year periods, upon mutual agreement and acceptance, in writing, by both the Contractor and the Forest Preserve District of Will County, at the as-bid Unit Prices in this Proposal.
