Passyunk Main Office Building Roof Replacement

Goals: 5-10% MBE and 5-10% WBE. Work includes the total removal of the existing built-up roof membrane and existing insulation down to the surface of the metal deck substrates. Included in the removal are all existing flashings, through-wall scuppers, pitch pockets, vent stack sleeves and hot stack sleeves. Removal of existing stone coping and replacement with new wood blocking. Removal of abandoned equipment, as noted on drawings, with the replacement of new metal decking. Work includes the removal of the existing asphalt shingles, underlayment, flashings, all plywood decking, gutters, edge metal, and downspouts. The new work includes the installation of new plywood decking, new underlayment, new asphalt shingles, edge metal, soldier flashing, counterflashing, gutters, downspouts and reglets cut into the existing masonry.
