Pursuant to WV Code 5G-1-3, Bluefield State College is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professionals to provide Architectural/Engineering Services to include design and construction phase administration for renovations to Hatter Hall, a Historic Building located on the main campus of Bluefield State College, Bluefield WV 24701. Project is funded partially from a grant from The National Park Service and architect must be skilled at working with such projects and work closely with the National Park Service throughout this project.
