Description The project is for construction of new gravity sewers, force mains and water mains on 9th Street and adjacent roads. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, restoration, and incidentals to construct the new mains by both open trench, jack and bore, and directional drill construction methods and connecting to existing mains and services. Removal and abandonment of existing mains is also included, as well as, bypass operations, maintenance of traffic (MOT), temporary erosion and sediment control and full restoration activities to include, but not limited to, asphalt pavement, sidewalks, curbing, landscaping, malboxes, fences, and signage.
