Rogers Kiene HVAC and Roof Replacement

Consist in the replacement of existing HVAC system and roof. Structural modifications to building for added strength. To provide complete, finished, watertight, high wind resistant, hail resistant, and fully warranted roofing installation along with other work such as replacement and installation of new thru-wall scuppers and overflows, addition of personnel guard on new roof hatch, and removal, reinstallation or replacement, repair of existing historic elements (turret roofing, finial, acroterion), installation/patch of new skylights, installation of new parapet ladder and installation of new roof roof access ladder from the 2nd Floor Studio. Mechanically, this project also includes the demolishing and replacement of all rooftop air handing units and slipt system air handing units along with their associated condensing units. All duct work to ensure new systems fit into the context of the building. Electric scope for this project includes providing power to all new equipment. Structural scope for this project includes bracing of existing wood members to support new roofing material and new mechanical equipment, analysis of turret structure once roof has been removed, and bracing of First Floor columns.
