Description The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to construct a new communications shelter site, 2 whip antenna foundations, primary and secondary power lines with a transformer and electric hook-up, and all communications lines for the shelter operation. The new Communication Shelter Site will include the construction of an unpaved parking area, a monolithic concrete slab, a security fence with barbed wire around the site, constructing the foundations for 2 new grounded whip antennas, the installation of a 12x15 prefabricated concrete communication Shelter, Installation of an emergency generator w/ dual walled fuel storage tank, Installation of a 3 phase primary power transformer w/ pass through, the trenching of a primary power line from an existing transformer to the newly placed one, a secondary power line from the newly placed transformer to the shelter, 2 communications lines from the existing Spiracone Antenna back to the new Communications Shelter, a single communication line from each of the 2 new Whip Antennas back to the new Communication Shelter, and a communication line from BLDG 131 to the new Communications Shelter.
