The City of Modesto is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide Project Initiation Document (PID) and Project Approval and Environmental Document (PA&ED) phase services for the SR99 at Standiford Avenue/Beckwith Road, and the SR99 at Briggsmore Avenue/Carpenter Road Interchange Improvement Project (Project).
