PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to accomplish all work contained within the statement of work, specifications, and drawings. Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to completely prepare for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Replace AHU and Condensors as required by all drawings and specifications.
