| Description | The majority of existing roof is approximately 20 year old PVC that has experienced severe shrinkage and cracking, with breakdown of underlayment. Roof system will need to be removed down to decking or solid substrate, adequate insulation underlayment to meet manufacturer specifications installed and new roof membrane installed as per manufacturer specifications. New weather boots at all penetrations, new connections at all roof drains, new drip edge and/or parapet cap, new termination bars, etc. As needed in order to make a complete weather tight roofing system. | ||
