RFP Construction Manager - Construction Management Services for Bowling Green High School LAVEC

The BOWLING GREEN INDEPENDENT Board of Education will receive Proposals from qualified Construction Managers (CMs) for both Pre construction Phase services and Construction Phase services. The scope of our project is a 15,300 square foot LAVEC facility. The district owns land adjacent to the high school building site that provides adequate acreage to build a new LAVEC facility. Bonds shall be kept in force for the duration of the contract; and, executed by a resident agent of the Commonwealth of Kentucky; and, be in compliance with Kentucky Revised Statutes.
