Early Childhood Center 2022 Window Replacement Project for Mangum Public Schools Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Plan deposits in the form of a check should be made out to the Architect. Bidders returning Bidding Documents in good condition within ten (10) days after date of bid opening will have their deposit returned. Additional sets of documents may be purchased from the Architect for a non-refundable cost of $50.00. Electronic versions of the bidding documents may be obtained from the Architect upon request and for no charge. Sub-Contractors are required to obtain plans and specifications from the general contractor and/or plan rooms or purchase complete sets from the Architect at the cost of $50.00 per set. Partial sets are not available. This purchase is non-refundable. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
