Description

1. The playground is for two areas a) Area “A”- Toddler b) Area “B”- Grades K thru 4, including an ADA feature c) Available Budget $350,000.00 2. No wooden equipment 3. Low maintenance is a strong consideration 4. The design should not include covered or secluded areas and should provide clear view of children at all times to assist with monitoring 5. Handicapped access equipment should be included 6. Community-build is not an option 7. Temporary toilets shall be furnished by the Owner during construction. 8. Michigan Sales tax applies to this project. 9. Insurance requirements are attached.
