2021 Welcome to Goldsboro Sign Maintenence

Maintenance of two (2) Welcome to Goldsboro Signs for a 12-month period beginning July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. Welcome to Goldsboro Sign Area Locations (2): Contractor will be responsible for the maintenance of two (2) Welcome to Goldsboro Signs at the following locations: 1. North side on US 70 East (on property owned by New Hope Friends Church at 4451 US 70 East); 2. East side of NC 111 South (963 S NC 111 Highway) Welcome to Goldsboro Signage Scope of Work: The following will be required for the Welcome to Goldsboro Sign Maintenance as indicated below: 1. The area will be cleared of litter and debris prior to any mowing and all cuttings and clippings disposed of in a proper manner at the time maintenance is performed; 2. Each area shall be clean cut to maintain a maximum height of six (6) inches. 3. All areas that cannot be mowed by a riding mower or mid-sized walk-behind mower are to be trimmed or hand-mowed at the same intervals that the lawn is mowed. Where applicable, ditches shall be maintained appropriately. 4. Spraying, trimming, blowing, fertilization, planting and watering as necessary in order to achieve aesthetically pleasing and healthy grass and plant material. 5. Shrubs and trees should be pruned or trimmed as necessary. All dead plant material, clippings and limbs should be disposed of properly.
