Lincoln Street - Dallis Street Intersection Improvement and Landscape Improvement

The Project is made up of two different components: Roadway intersection and corridor improvements and Landscape/Hardscape Improvements along Dallis in front of the businesses. The roadway portion of the project consists of roadway construction to make improvements to the Lincoln - Dallis Street Intersection to improve the safety of pedestrians and vehicular traffic at the intersection. The project will include changing the roadway corridor to provide additional parking along the west side of the south bound lane. The roadway portion of the project will include milling and repaving, curb & gutter, storm drainage, striping, and signage. The project will also include Landscaping Improvements which include hardscaping for useable sitting space, sidewalks, fountain, seat walls, trash receptables, benches, lighting and irrigation. The work will be awarded in 1 Contract. The Instructions to Bidders, Bid, Contract Agreement, Drawings, Specifications and forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Payment Bond and other Contract Documents Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, prepared on the form of Bid Bond attached to the Contract Documents or a Surety Company's Standard Bid Bond, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed as a certified company in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570, in the amount of five percent of the Bid. The successful Bidder for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject all Bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
