Description

This project consists of 350 units in (15) 3-story apartment buildings, (3) 2-story carriage buildings, (4) garage buildings, (1) maintenance Building, (1) clubhouse, and multiple outbuildings/Ramadas This project is not Davis Bacon Wages or prevailing wages. This project is type VB construction. We anticipate awarding the project based on these proposals and do not anticipate any additional bid rounds for this project. With that said, we anticipate a November 28, 2022, start date with a 28 month schedule. Project insurance will be carried through OCIP, please review our insurance requirements in these ITB instructions. Build your proposal per plans and specifications and note the breakout and Optional pricing requirements. CSI is the only General Contractor looking at this project, and is negotiating the project with the owners.
