| Description | The City of Spokane Fire Department is seeking bids for the partial replacement of the roof at the Combined Communications Building. The Contractor will do all work, furnish all labor, materials, tools, construction equipment, transportation, supplies, supervision, permits, organization and other items of work and cost necessary for the proper execution and completion of the work described as the city of spokane Combined Communications Building (CCB) Partial Re-Roof Project. Replace single-ply membrane roof system and flashings with a new single-ply membrane roof system and associated mechanical and electrical modifications. |
