Removal, Paint and Install Cedar Siding

The City of Faith, South Dakota will be accepting sealed Bids for the removal, paint and install of 1 X 6 Cove Lap Cedar Siding on a historical Ice House as per specifications on file in the Finance Office at the Faith Community Center, Faith, South Dakota. The City of Faith reserves the right to reject any and all bids and any and all portions thereof, and to waive any irregularities. 1. This bid is for the removal, paint and install of 1 X 6 Cove Lap Cedar Siding on a historical Ice House. 2. The square footage of siding is approximately 2,860 sq. ft. 3. Remove and dispose of the existing siding. Dispose of all materials at the City of Faith Restricted Use Site and there will not be a charge as it is the City's site. All items need to be sorted and only construction materials can go together. Work with City Forman on scheduling a time to go to the landfill site. 4. Prime siding on both sides, ends and the cut ends. 5. Trim out all windows and doors. 6. Paint and install siding or install and paint the siding within two weeks of painting the primer on the siding. 7. The project of "Removal, Paint and Install 1 X 6 Cove Lap Cedar Siding" needs to be completed by April 15, 2023.
