ELLIS CONSTRUCTION CO Contractor Awarded Address: Independence, MO 64056-2524 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $48104100.00 P2-496650 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District (NWK), has a need for Bank Stabilization Navigation Project (BSNP) construction services along the Missouri River, betw een River Miles (RMs) 360-498. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside that w ill result in one firm-fixed-price aw ard. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 237990, Size Standard $39,500,000. In accordance w ith FAR Part 36.204 and DFARS 236.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is betw een $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. BUY AMERICAN ACT: All bidders are cautioned that, prior Government conduct notwithstanding, the Contractor's selection of a domestic construction material which would require the subsequent selection of a foreign construction material for compatibility is not a justification for waiver of the Buy American Act. It is the Contractor's responsibility to verify, prior to submitting the materials for approval, which each system can be built to meet the contract specifications without the use of foreign construction materials. 7. WORK SCHEDULE: See specification 01 11 00 for the detailed Work Schedule per CLIN. Item numbers are separated into 20 mile reaches with the corresponding tonnage requirement. 8. SUBMISSION OF BIDS AND BID OPENING: Due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, the Government is taking precautions to ensure the safety and health of all Contractors and Government employees.
