East Street Row Landscaping

Landscaping work to be done in right-of-way (ROW) on a portion of E Street starting at the intersection of E Street and Texar Boulevard and continuing South on E Street to the intersection of E Street and Jordan Street. The County is seeking quotes to establish a grass type ground cover within each landscaped ROW adjacent to E street on both east and west sides of the street All areas to be grassed. Remove landscape cloth/weed barrier. Areas need to be tilled to accept seed and mulch. Blend of grass
