| Description | The work herein specified is part of an open ended contract for miscellaneous concrete repairs in various locations throughout the Borough of Roselle Park. The contract in intended to have a duration of one-year commencing on the date the contract is signed by Borough of Roselle Park and terminating twelve (12) months later. The Borough of Roselle Park will notify the contractor of needed repairs and the contractor shall mobilize within one (1) week of being given notice, weather permitting. Each group of miscellaneous repairs should be substantially completed within seven (7) calendar days, weather permitting. The Borough of Roselle Park reserves the right to extend the time of completion on a case-by-case basis due to the overall quantity of miscellaneous concrete repairs, and any conditions which, in the sole opinion of the municipality, warrant such extension. |
