HVAC Maintenance and Water Treatment Service

Water Treatment Service: Provide monthly water treatment services and inspections of our chiller systems to inhibit the formation of algae, corrosion and scale to include the following: 1. Furnish, deliver and administer necessary chemicals for water treatment program. Notify us of appropriate program modifications. Chemicals must conform to all EPA and local governmental regulations. 2. Administer (4) quarterly tests measuring levels of algae and other micro-biological growth and a report must be generated showing findings and recommendations. 3. Administer (2) semi-annual tests for corrosion using corrosion coupons. The test must measure levels of mild steel and copper and a report must be generated for each sampling showing findings and recommendations. 4. Furnish a complete water treatment test report after each scheduled service inspection indicating systems condition, adjustments made and further recommendations. 5. Furnish emergency diagnostic and repair services if required 24 hours a day at normal prevailing rates. HVAC Maintenance Service: Service all HVAC equipment listed below; perform incremental service and maintenance tasks as stated below: 1. Furnish a written inspection report of status conditions, recommended scheduled repairs necessary, repairs performed and proper operating procedures after each maintenance and repair inspection. 2. Furnish any recommendations required to up-grade equipment and systems to maximize system performance and/or reduce total operating costs.
