J078--501 Therapy Pool Cleaning Information and Site Visit Request

SERVICE: The New Mexico VA Health Care System hereafter (NMVAHCS) is requesting services for vendor to provide thrice weekly pool cleaning, cleaning of pool and locker room floors, once weekly pool and equipment inspection, and annual pool cleaning. Further details of cleaning outlined at the end of this sources sought announcement. INFORMATION: Coordination on what and how to conduct cleaning in order to meet and/or exceed standards by The Environment of Care Committee following The Joint Commission Standards. Contractor shall be deemed successful when pool area is periodically inspected and passes standards set forth by Joint Commission Standard EC.02.06.01 floors shall be kept clean with minimal smudges, marks, calcium buildup and free of dust and debris. Information requested includes, but is not limited to: Square footage of decking to be cleaned to include best methods for cleaning Confirmation on size and volume of pool to include most practicable method of cleaning. Amount of metal fixtures to include most practicable method of cleaning Standards/ best practices of cleanliness to pass inspections.
