Description

The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all materials, tools, plant, equipment, transportation, supervision and labor required for Phase II interior renovations to the northern side of the Tribal Police Department including reconfiguration of the space, replacement of interior finishes, addition of two exterior canopies and upgrades to the mechanical Bid and Contract Security are mandatory requirements of this call. The following preferences apply to this solicitation: Native Preference, Women Business Enterprises & Veteran with Disabilities Business Enterprises and Minority Business Enterprises and Veterans Business Enterprises SRMT utilizes "Procore" construction project management software for viewing and downloading copies of the Bid Documents.
