Description

The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities, also to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved, for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened. The successful bidder will be allowed sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issuance of Notice to Proceed to complete the project.
